Hello again!

We continue to look for things to do and people to meet.  Our next door neighbors are from Canada and Iowa.  There are many campers from Canada and lots from AL!  I guess AL people need to head south for the winter too!  Everyone is so friendly and willing to share their travel experiences.

Monday I went to exercise class along with 24 other women.  The class will meet on M-W-F and gives me another opportunity to meet some women. 

We went biking one morning and rode along the coast.  One soon get used to seeing colorful houses on stilts.  Phil had a flat tire on the way home.  He decided it was time to get a new tire rather than fix the flat.  So a nice man from Peoria, IL drove him the 3 miles to the campground as I waited with the bikes. Phil is now riding on two new tires! 

Campers use all kinds of screened canopies to keep the morning dew off of their bikes, motorcycles, chairs, etc.  We had our 10x10 foot canopy set up thinking we would use it to sit out at night and keep the mosquitoes from eating us, yes there are mosquitoes here!  We have not been sitting out at night so we decided to zip in the wind screen and put the bikes inside at night.  Hopefully this will work as covering the bikes with a tarp was getting old real quick!   We will know in the morning.

The 28th Annual Frank Brown International Songwriters' Festival begins tomorrow and runs for 10 days.  Numerous locations, mainly restaurants, will have music playing.  We have some research to do before we decide who we want to hear and where we have to go.
