Heading home

We left Gulf Shores the end of February with the plan to drive home.  The weather in Downers Grove was still quite cold and snowy so we decided to spend two weeks near Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans.  It was Madri Gras time.  We attended two parades and despite the rain picked up quite a collection of beads.  Not sure what I am going to do with all of the beads.

 

 

 

We will be home until mid April or the first of May when Mark calls and tells us the weather is good and to come out to stay and help him!
