Hello from Red Lodge, MT

We have one more night in Yellowstone and then off to visit Kay and Kelly on their sheep ranch.  We have had a wonderful time here and seen some amazing sights.  You'll have to wait for pictures as we are at the library and not enough time to post photos.

We did have one very interesting traffic jam; Bison on the highway.  Must have been at least 50 either in the road, along the road, or crossing the road.  That added 1 1/2 hrs to our drive that day.

Hope all is well with everyone.  Just wanted everyone to know we are alive and doing fine!

Hopefully can post some photos Friday or Sat.

  1. If you had to wait for the bison, Phil should have had plenty of time for pictures of them! Sheep ranching should be quite a change of pace for you.

  2. Friends went to the Dakotas and saw bison--we saw their photos. Those animals have HUGE heads! They learned that the Americans killed all the bison in order to cut off the Native Americans' livelihood. Have you seen any wild horses? Sarah
