Medicine Bow National Forest

We had one day to hike and the weather was perfect.  If everyday would be so beautiful and wonderful.  On the trail for 6 hours.

I have always wanted to hike when the wild flowers were in bloom.  Yes they are!

 

As we were driving out of the park, a crowd of visitors were shooting pictures in a pasture.  After 10 minutes of watching and waiting the first moose moved out in the open and the second one followed. 

It was a great day!
