Phil has always wanted to go to Crater Lake and see the blue water. We were very fortunate that the lake was visible due to the forest fires in the area. Yes, the water is blue and so clear. No photoshopping done to these photos!

There were great hiking trails and a picture waiting to be taken around every corner. The camp sites were difficult to pull into due to the size of the trees and no trimming of bushes along the roads. The park was very busy. Over the weekend there was a century bike ride going on so bicyclists everywhere.
This is a place we would like to come back to. Phil misses his camera with the ability for those panoramic shots. Oh well, next time!
WOW! The water really is blue! Pictures are very good even without Phil's camera.
